Pages 6–7 of The Sky Dreamers continue Casia’s descent into the mysteries of the Realm Ethereal while Baldor’s past begins surfacing in unexpected ways.
These pages are especially meaningful to me because they combine older artwork originally created years ago with newly drawn narration heads and storytelling elements created specifically for the current storyline in 2026. Revisiting unfinished work with fresh experience has become an important part of this project for me, allowing older ideas to evolve into something more complete and connected to the larger Realm Ethereal universe.
This underwater sequence also continues exploring transformation as one of the central themes of the series — not only within the story itself, but within the creative process behind the artwork.

Thank you for that! That’s a great observation. I do like working with double page spreads and there are a handful thus far in this series. But they are both fun and tough to do!
