I’ve worked in print for over two decades, so I’m lucky I have that experience. I made most of this book after hours—nights and weekends, one page at a time. Consistency beats inspiration. Page quotas, checklists, and honest timelines kept me accountable. Some days the win was a clean inked panel. Other days it was rewriting a single line of dialogue.
