Binary

Marvel Comics’ “Binary” has always been one of my favorite characters. It’s more to do with the visual design of the character. But also with the fact that this is a character whose domain is the cosmos itself. 

Growing up, I was always a fan of the more “grounded” characters: Batman, Spider-Man, Punisher, Daredevil, etc. When I was growing up and reading comics in my teens, these characters didn’t usually end up in outer space adventures.

As an adult following comics these days, I’m more interested in cosmic sagas. The look and feel of her design has been influential in my artwork, such as for The Realm Ethereal.
