The Ethereal Guard are an elite chosen who are born to guard the plane borders across multiple worlds. Avalina guards the entrance into the first level of the nine ethereal realms: The Terran Rocks. Each rock floats effortlessly in a plane between the physical worlds that leads to the Realm Ethereal. With her are her companions, guardians themselves: the spirit falcons Naevia and her brother Nasier. Together, they are the first keepers and guardians of the Ethereal River entrance way.
